Versilon™ BCP

Convoluted, Fluoropolymer Hose

Versilon™ BCP convoluted, fluoropolymer hose from Saint-Gobain features an electrostatic dissipating conductive PTFE fluoropolymer liner that is ideal for transferring caustic solvent or steam, which typically creates static electricity when media is being transferred. Engineered with a low profile convolution inner core and reinforced with a high grade polypropylene braid, BCP hose is extremely flexible, lightweight, and easy for operators to handle while providing maximum abrasion and chemical resistance.

Features & Benefits

  • Polypropylene braid
  • Ultraviolet (UV) stabilized
  • Lightweight
  • Does not conduct internal heat as readily as stainless steel braided hoses
  • Burn potential from accidental contact greatly reduced

Typical Applications

  • Chemical transfer
  • Solvent transfer
  • Acid lines
  • CIP lines
  • Food and beverage
